Progress

Okay I know i promised to write more often but life happens. I'm happy to say now that I'm on summer break I've been working on getting healthy. In fact I've gotten my husband on board too! We are both seeing scale and non scale victories. We have been working on our portion sizes and food choices. Now to add the exercise portion. So far I've been working on trying to be more active and I'll admit that even though I have an alarm set for every morning but have gotten up to it 0 yeah you read that right ZERO mornings. This morning I celebrated a scale victory with a nice bike ride with Princess in tow... A 30+ pound toddler is a load behind a bike! On a side note last night was the first night in a long time that my princess (now 2 years old) spent the whole night in her bed!!!! Do you know how cramped a queen size bed is with two adults, a dog and a toddler!

Day 1

Well I hopped on the scale this morning as a starting point, just what I expected. Then I did it, I really did it... I did my workout.

On top of all that I have managed to follow my healthy eating plan including my yummy crock pot dinner. I've had a ton of water, if I can finish what's in my bottle I might drink tea for the rest of my liquids.

I do have to recommend having your meal planned out it has been a big help. I may end up on the stationary bike depending on how baby girl does.

A new beginning

Tomorrow is the big day; I know I've done this before but this time I have the real drive to make a change.

I have everything ready to put my healthy dinner into the crock pot before I head back to work.  I also have a healthy lunch prepared.  On top of this I am starting a water challenge tomorrow. 

Here is to getting up at 5 to get my workout in while baby girl sleeps.
