Day 1

Well I hopped on the scale this morning as a starting point, just what I expected. Then I did it, I really did it... I did my workout.

On top of all that I have managed to follow my healthy eating plan including my yummy crock pot dinner. I've had a ton of water, if I can finish what's in my bottle I might drink tea for the rest of my liquids.

I do have to recommend having your meal planned out it has been a big help. I may end up on the stationary bike depending on how baby girl does.
